We are a family-owned company based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing shoe uppers for fashion and sports footwear.

We focus exclusively on shoe uppers so our partners can complete final assembly within their own production process, keeping full control over finishing, branding, and market requirements.

How to know if our craftsmanship fits your needs?

By demonstrating our craftsmanship and quality firsthand. For this, we suggest producing a sample based on your designs. To proceed, we would require you to select 2 or 3 desired models and provide pre-cut (unstitched) components—approximately 5 pairs per model (unassembled uppers), all in the same shoe size, plus technical drawings and sketches.

These would be sent to our facility in Bosnia, where we would carry out the stitching of the upper. We believe this is the most effective way for you to evaluate the quality of our work and see if it aligns with your standards.

Once completed, we would ship the finished uppers back to you for quality evaluation. If the results meet your expectations, we can then move forward with discussions regarding production

How does your product/service work?

For new collaborations, we typically begin by reviewing technical drawings, sketches, or physical samples. This allows us to assess feasibility, recommend materials if needed, and provide accurate pricing and timelines. We are fully open to receiving your technical documentation and samples for evaluation.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing depends on production volume, model complexity, materials, and the time required for manufacturing. Once we review the monthly production needs and specific models, we can prepare a tailored commercial offer for discussion.

What is the monthly capacity?

We have experience working with a range of materials such as natural leather and technical textiles, and we are comfortable adapting to reinforced materials depending on project specifications. Our production setup allows us to maintain consistent quality standards while scaling efficiently, with a minimum capacity of approximately 250 pairs per day (~5,000 pairs per month).

We offer two collaboration models:

IMPORTANT: Production must be scheduled 3–4 months in advance.

1. Project-Based Production

A one-time production order with a minimum volume of 5,000 pairs. This model is ideal for seasonal collections, limited runs, or specific product launches.

2. Ongoing Production Partnership

A continuous manufacturing partnership throughout the year, covering both Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter collections. This model is best suited for brands looking for a reliable long-term production partner with planned capacity across multiple seasons.
